Which FTP Server are you connecting to? Is it problem for all FTP server or only one?
-
You can download latest Sev-U from official web pages. But have a look at this page where is described upgrade procedure. You should upgrade to version 12, then to latest. Please be careful about backup procedure before upgrade. Your license should be valid for the latest Serv-U.

This is already reported in our bug tracking system. Thanks

This is not implemented in Serv-U. You can submit is as Feature Request here.
-
I think there is no way to force Serv-U to create only DB users.
-
It could be also possible to export all users into the file. Then you can use this file as backup. Copy of this file can be edited, all home directories and virtual paths can be replaced easy in one file. File with replaced paths can be imported into the Serv-U. This operation could be suitable also for DB users.
-
Is it standard Serv-U user? Or user saved in DB / taken from LDAP?
-
This happens if client uses IE 11 which runs in Compatibility mode. So I recommend you to check this with client and disable it.
-
This could help you. You can create Virtual Paths to the directory you need. Have a look here: http://www.serv-u.com/kb/1048/Virtual-Paths--Allowing-Users-to-See-Multiple-Drives-in-ServU

This is not possible. You have to create one more share (Request files). But you can submit your idea as feature request here.
-
You can use this tool. http://www.toolheap.com/test-mail-server-tool/ You can install it on the server where Serv-U is installed. Please check if it works with this local server.

can you provide some reproduction scenario? Is it problem only for AD users or does it happen also for standard Serv-U user?

How do you execute scripts from command-line? Is it bash script, is it set as executable? What can you find in Log when you press test event?
