I just fixed the problem I posted here above. I had to add my MiniRemote Control user to the Administrators group on the remote client machine and I was able to connect. Glad this is solved. Hope this helps someone else. Steve

This fails to allow non-administrator log on for me. I get an error returned from the remote machine. Also in the event log I get error event Failed settings negotiation. Can someone provide a solution for this so I can have non-admins connect to network client machines to provide support. Thanks!
