Just go to NCM in your server, go to File -> Import Devices. Maybe you can find a way to convert that hosts file into a text file or csv, then you are good to go :)

You can try using UnDP. Find out the poller associated for VolumePercentUsed, then Transform the results in UnDP using your formula, then in turn use the Custom Poller that u made in an alert. Hope that helps.
