+1 for Expanded load balancer environment monitoring

Looks like there's a bit of a typo "150 points are being awarded for each answered question (correct or incorrect). There are 10 questions, which means you can earn a maximum of 3,000 points for this mission." I'm excited to test my knowledge on the new features!

I notice this document refers to the "Universal Device Tracker". Is this a separate product than "User Device Tracker", a typo or indication of a product rebranding?

Dark theme would be a much appreciated improvement!

This is the most requested NPM feature and the post is seemingly over 10 years old based on the comments. I know it would be irresponsible to make a commitment when it isn't ready but can there be any acknowledgement of this request and comment on if this is in the near or distant future?

Between client owned dependencies, company owned remote gear, and cloud systems it can be difficult to figure out how the different frontiers should be managed in a unified way.

This tool could be similar to the Product Upgrade Advisor (found here: customerportal.solarwinds.com/.../product-upgrade-advisor ) It could make it a bit easier to digest than the multiple tables found on these pages…

Yeah, I whiffed it on this one thinking it was within the time frame.

And additional options for historical network trends and capacity forecasting. (forgot that ENTER submits the comment instead of drops a line)

@"bobmarley"When I read the documentation page for 2020.2.4 I see that CVE listed in the "Fixed" section. Are you still finding that this isn't fixed? I'll be speaking to my company's CyberSec team about our prospects of upgrading soon, and I want to be well informed about what our options are.…

I appreciate that it's at least worth considering, Happy New Year!

I've seen/heard mention that the new HCO model has performance improvements due to backend restructuring. Does this apply for HCO only or also for the new SolarWinds Platform from Orion Platform?
-
I think that's a very valid critique of the community platform. I hope they're able to correct it so that you can intelligently respond to the report. Though without peeking behind the curtain, I wonder if any intelligent response to the spam prompt is enough to validate you as not spamming the platform. I see tons of 'add…

I'm glad other people are looking out for this. +1 for reporting and bringing awareness to it. Here's an example of a thread that I keep getting notifications from, mostly bots spamming links for pages (for SEO or click farming maybe?) Black bar over spam account names just so I don't break any community rules.

Hey Sparveen, I hope they sent you either your certification or an email clarifying the status. I'm not a representative of SolarWinds, I'm a community member who took the test just like you. Glad the community is growing! Welcome!

For me it was available after 3 days. Given that you posted this 4 days ago, you'll likely have the email by the time you see this reply. Congratulations!

I am trying to get on the new version as soon as possible and I have been working with the support team on that process. The only thing holding the new version up is internal company procedures. When we do get the green light for the new version, my plan is to actually build it all over again rather than try to port over…

It would be awesome if there was a way to add notes and comments when issues occur and are visible with these tools. Those notes could be automatically tagged by the condition of the server/application at the time of the issue and when issues arise in the future, SolarWinds could give you the relevant notes from the…

It sounds like you have more…

It looks like that guide you linked is for versions newer than the one you are on. That guide might not work for NPM 10.7 which you stated you were on. "ENVIRONMENT NPM 12.2 - EOL;NPM 12.3;NPM 12.4;NPM 12.5;NPM 2019.4"Have you tried opening a support case to work with you on this issue? It might be more fruitful than a…

I do think it would be helpful if there was a web tool like the Upgrade Advisor to help administrators understand what system resources they need to provision for their environment. Some of the tables on that document can get a little convoluted. I made a feature request for it Here.

Thanks! I'll make my way through that list. I like the bite-sized videos that I can use as an intermezzo between long boring change documents.
