I haven't seen this behaviour myself. Have you tried running the configuration wizard, and selecting all the options under 'repair'? Generally this fixes most issues. If this doesn't fix it for you, then I recommend that you raise a support ticket via your customer portal, and SolarWInds Support will help you resolve this!
