Sounds like a great idea! The WHD Mobile app is pretty basic - there is definitely a lot of functionality that could be added. Can they attach via e-mail as a workaround? PS Don't forget to vote up your own requests.

Peter, So does 12.2.2 use the new framework? If so, does it eliminate the restriction of only one open WHD window / tab / session per user?

Peter, Is the framework change you are talking about going to resolve the current crippling issue of only being able to have one tab open at a time? We are considering other products because of this. If so, do you have any kind of time frame in mind? It sounds like this will be a huge and complex project.

Sounds like this might create some logistical issues, because of the way Status Types are currently used. Perhaps you could use a custom field?

A "pull" system where someone has to check manually is never as useful as a "push" system that sends notification when needed. This would make a feature that we don't currently use, useful enough that we might use it. Outlook integration would be fantastic, but I think that is another feature request

I agree - it would be nice to have separate categories for FAQs. As a workaround, you can hide Request Categories from clients.
