It's really unfortunate that we in I.T. have to come up with creative and innovative ideas to out-think our end users...

Trust, when it comes to the internet, is seriously tanking. So much money is spent on security and securing information, I kind of wonder if it isn't those companies sending out the trolls...

we recycle as much as we can...ensuring that anything that holds data gets properly wiped and / or destroyed first.

i know - if i inherit a device, or find a rogue one on my network, the internet is the first place I look for default creds...

it's definitely true about old viruses...we did a test last year to find out how fast a new computer would get infected without any updates/protection if exposed on the internet...less than 5 minutes, it was toast.
