Since we got the product 2 years ago its been incredibly slow. We've logged clals in the past but got nowhere so this time we went through our partner.

I appreciate that but where is the feedback to the community? I mean we literally are waiting 15 seconds on some pages to load. Spec is not an issue as we are very highly specd. When you say 'we are investigating now' do you mean as of Aug 2018 or where dev aware of this earlier?

I can reproduce the perf issues on a clean lab install with 0 elements being polled. It is a UI issue purely.

OK, i see the issue. I had brought in a filter on the report using the 'Knowledge Base Article' form another datasource and this was crippling it. Using Update Title from the same data source resolved it

Thanks. Been testing today and find the reports cleaner with simply using the upstream WSUS server as the point of inventory and allowing the downstreams to roll-up natively.
