I could not find anything pertaining to the client connected to the 1841. I have one active workstation connected via radio 0/0/0 but could not find any record of it via the walk.

Opened one case over a year ago, that went no where.... have another case open currently (on another issue) that has sent me back to this as Support is asking that I upgrade to the latest release. Now I can't get resolution on either issue.
