If I could vote 10 times on this I would. it would be great if this was also integrated with NPM and IPAM with the ability to add all three from the node details and node management pages.
-
Although I believe Solarwinds should give this to us (and therefore up voted), we could do it as a community project.
-
How about PerfStack integration
-
Sounds cool, but I'm having a hard time conceptualizing how it would be implemented. I suppose they could create a small stream sourced from a poller or ape, then display path from multiple probes. but multicast is udp, so they couldn't get any stats accept dropped frames and whatnot, unless they did what they have already…

Silo'ed systems becoming obsolete. The ability to integrate with other APIs, systems and applications is a must.
-
Oh good. I didn't see that one when I was looking.
-
bump!

Additionally, build in support for offline customers as well. Enable the ability to pull in weather data from on-premis (non-internet) sources

if I could up vote this 1million times I would.

being able to filter based on custom properties of the entity would be great for us. I would like to be able to create NOC views for specific sites. On the rotation of views, I want to show alerts that are associated with nodes/elements at that site, without limiting their access to any other view or node in the enterprise.

I was just getting ready to submit the same idea! This page says the idea was implemented. Where/what version?

Yes! Up vote from me! My admins love them some maps and I would love to put component statistics/messages on the map for them. Please add this... and while you are at it, overhaul Atlas completely!!!!!
-
Brian, Did Tony's suggestion work for you?
-
link broken after new site put up
-
add granular map rights as well....
-
well, on the internet, the probe traffic actually traverses the multiple links, whereas on your internal network, the probe traffic is only taking one path. are all the polls the same path or does it change?
-
light bulb.

Once I get the ticket opened and resolved, I'll update to let everyone know what the deal was.
-
you could always put those interfaces into a group and alert based on that.
-
Thank you zackm and thank you ding for the quick response.

Hmmm... I have multiple paths that don't show up, but I don't have ECLB. I have noticed that during a hiccup in the net, I get multiple paths being displayed, which makes sense because over a convergence, traffic could go across more than the primary link. My assumption, after looking at the scenarios I have and other's I…

a whole lot of work. I may have to do individual branch office rules... The only thing I am worried about is, when changes are required on the enterprise, I will have to modify more than 100 rules. By the time I get finished updating a particular rule, another change will come out and the process will start all over again.…

Jared, that's it... I do not see storage on that view. But it's irrelevant at this time, because I can't discover the storage mapping resource from the agent. All of my servers are now on Agent rather than WMI. Agent = no network storage resource = boo. My concern is, even if a host has no servers on it, the host is…

The last post on this was in 2009. Has there been any movement. We would like the same functionality.
-
Marking this a correct answer, if anyone knows any different let me know and I'll update.
-
I'm no storage guy, but that makes sense.
-
Will do, thank you

or am I out in left field.

Im in like flynn.

Jenya, We opened a support case and they finally got back to us. They walked us through making some changes to a couple of files that were related to one or two other modules (IPAM and Toolset I believe). Since then we haven't had an issue with the APEs. If they still haven't got back to you let me know and I'll talk to my…
