It should resolve your installer issues. It is unnecessary to uninstall HF1 or 2. The installer will upgrade you to HF3 directly. *UPDATE* HF3 will require you to uninstall HF1 or 2 in certain scenarios. Apologies for the confusion. Jeremiah, This looks like a great plan of action. One question for you - when do you expect to upgrade NTA to 4.4? It looks like you've got the path set up to go to 2016, but then in step 6 you're excluding NTA.

Running the upgrade in parallel on additional polling engines has been tested by my engineering and works well. Next time give it a go, you should be able to save some time during your upgrade period.
