What does the 12.2 installer tell you when you run it? It should give you the manual upgrade path suggestion and the relevant downloads!

That sounds like an issue that using individual installers would not help with. Is it restarting on load or where in the process? Do you have a support case open for this?

Thank you for reporting this, I was able to reproduce the issue and have reported the down link. It looks like you're a current customer, so you can get the offline download for NPM 12.2 from your customer portal.
