Did this ever resolve? I am about to do the same thing. We decided to upgrade our old version of SW and thinking of rebuilding the whole thing from scratch. I know I can migrate the MAPS and reports, but I want to know if there is an easy to migrate Alerts from the old box into the new one.

I guess what I am trying to ask is that can the APM and NPM be running on the same server which has the current version of Orion NPM. I am new to this and I am trying to understand the software. To me, polling engine is the server itself!!!

Denny, Any Idea on how to cluster or team two servers as one address using Windows 2003 Enterprise? For intance: 1st server is Orion1 and the 2nd server is Orion2 as one cluster known as Orion
