  • I was also just looking at this. I was disappointed in the limited actions available from the task feature. And I was going to try the Custom Field approach. But it would be nice to to be able to update the status of a ticket once a checklist has been completed.

  • Um We are running a trial on WHD and we were able to download and install the WHD Mobile app from the Apple Store a day or two ago.
