With my limited knowledge of SQL I have looked thru the permissions, and properties of the databases on the server with the SolarWinds databases and as far as I can tell the required permissions are still in place. That would pose a major problem for us since the bulk of our viewers use windows login for access in fact the only ones who don't are administrators for SolarWinds.

This does make it request a account and password and if I log in as my admin account I get in as an admin but I cannot leave it set this way because most of our viewing users utilize the AD group login and SolarWinds isn't set to handle how we login.

No it is not tied to a single workstation, I know of three that it works this way on and I have cleared the cookies and temp internet folders many times to attempt to fix it. I opened a support ticket so we will see what they say.
