Came across this thread this morning, and glad to know i am not the only one that is having this issue. The upgrade notification has been showing up since i came back from Christmas, and i just submitted a ticket this morning to see if SW Support can advise.

Support sent me to that article and that's when i changed the pre-req from the install registry key to win7 OS.
