Thank you Mark. This seems to be bug, got update from vendor support, due to >2 free APEs(SAM node based license) with HA. We got it worked when we disabled HA. Waiting for an update from support case.

I am facing an issue with the Servicenow Incident creation. I have enabled email and Incident action. I receive email notification for every trap as per the filtering but Incident is getting reactivated. It is not creating new incidents. Any idea.?

Thanks for all the inputs, But we just figured out Preferred polling method was set to Agent. After changing it to Agentess it started working, 

This is one of the way we can achieve , But we are not sure how many event id's to be added for the component, The existing monitoring tool has the capability to directly monitor through the severity level(16-24), so We haven't gone through the event id wise, But let me put this to our DBA. Thank you @"aLTeReGo" for the response. We have installed 32 bit, (v11.5.5_nt32_odbc_cli). However I changed x86 and tested, it is still the same error. 

Thanks for the reply... It's been couple of days the netflow is enabled on the device and the data being received in the orion server udp port 2055. But still I don't see any data on the NTA.. these devices last received netflow status shows never. Any idea, netflow is supported in evaluation copy. Regards, Sangeetha

I can see data coming to orion server from the network device in wireshark. The collector is up and running. I am not sure what could be the reason, can you help with that.…

Hello Roga, Please change the Oracle provide type to "Microsoft .NET provider" in each component. And also configure the DB with listener IP address and port. This worked for me.
