Yes, I seeing something similar in bulk asset updates. Even after a clearing the search and re-searching the same tags I am not seeing "Internal Audit Date" (A custom field). When I log out and back in, search the assets, I seeing the changes I applied. Defiantly a bug.

We had a issue when we sent this up also. Check your email server logs/span filters to make sure the email you are sending from in the sending from in the help desk is a trusted email address.

I would be interested in know if this is possible also. I suspect you may have to modify the API, but I do not know for sure.

I agree, notes in action rules, why can;t we do this already? I been looking for a couple of hours with no luck. You ask this question 2 months ago, isn't Solarwinds trolling the forums, wonder why it has not been answered.
