• Thanks for your comment Glen. Unfortunately, if we use a Custom Field we lose abilities that Status Types gain us (searching, sorting, etc...).

• Thanks for your comment Glen. Unfortunately, if I uncheck “Visible to Clients” in the Request it won’t be visible to Clients in the FAQs either.
