Update: Many of our devices are wireless. They tend to get polled less often if more than 15 seconds elapses. I tested with a 1 second pinger, the SolarWinds latency came down to 10mS from 150 for that device. Also, we have a device on fiber. NPM is reporting between 0 and 0.07mS! Wireshark shows .4 - .5 mS. -Robert

I am evaluating SolarWinds and have the same problem. If we cli ping endpoints from the server that is hosting NPM, the round-trip times are less than 50% of what NPM reports. I am testing against perhaps 100 endpoints, they are all consistantly double, at least. Thanks, Robert

Solved, Needed to add a port to "IPAll"
