Where do I locate the BD? I recently upgraded to 2020.2.5 and have my engineers reporting to me that their powershell scripts are getting this error. I opened a ticket with support, but they seem slammed these days so I imagine it will take a bit of time before I hear back from them.

I spoke to an agent about it and they said they made a feature request. I am still fairly new to Thwack, is there a section for reviewing feature requests there? Maybe even a way to vote on them?

That is something that I have wanted as well. The escalation levels are good and all, but sometimes alerts need to have the different levels of severity. In addition to your suggestions, I think it would be great if there was an action you could add that would modify the alert severity if an alert has been in that status…
