  • The best way to go about that is installing the MRC agent on the server hosting the wyse/thin clients. Once connected, do RDP session switching on the MRC so you could connect to the thin client user you intend to connect to.

  • The best way to go about this is to run the Kiwi Syslog Server installer and do an installation repair. This way, the Syslog server and the web access would sync correctly.

  • You need to check the "Enable Foreign Keyboard Mapping" checkbox first, then check the "Disable Keyboard Translation" checkbox second. before doing apply / ok / apply all. This will put a stop on the keyboard layout popup when you launch MRC
