Another way to look that I have seen in other apps is a switch role option. You can switch between Admin, Change Manager, user etc to see what it looks like and perform actions in that role. The benefit is you are only elevating yourself to admin when needed for something and avoid accidentally doing something as an Admin.

And default date format to dd/mm/yyyy instead of a mm/dd/yyyy.
