Daylight Saving Time Who are they trying to kid? Twice a year no one knows how to schedule an international call. Systems lose track. What chance have mere mortals got? Just leave time alone and work on GMT with a plus or minus for wherever you live.

Totally agree that time zones should be understood by Orion. Each node needs a GMT offset and a summertime on/off. The SQL should log as GMT/UTC/z.
