Agree. The requirement must by set by Admin to be mandatory (or not) and must have the ability to include properties of interfaces and volumes as it's all to easy to overlook them.

In-person training is the best, but it's expensive and requires travelling and dedicated time. On-demand is not quite as good, but it completely negates all the in-person disadvantages
