We have the same issue in 2020.2 I have raised a case with SW yesterday about it, but it sounds like expected behaviour (which is not very useful). It would be ok if it just showed vmfs volume on which the actual volume resides, but showing all vmfs volumes from the host is pointless. It adds a lot of time to opening…

Hi Chad, Thank you for your response. Does it mean that when you call the Orion.Nodes/PollNow API in your lab, it is polling CPU? Maybe it depends if the Node is agent-based , etc. I'm normally testing this for Agent-based nodes.

Thanks for the response Marc After a lot of testing, it looks like calling the PollNow API method is not polling CPU data for some reason. Few other people report the same issue on the Internet. So I have ended up creating a Powershell script, which logs in to SW website and simulates pressing the Poll Now button on Node…

Hi Brian, Thank you for the response. Looks like a similar process to what we had so far (even though we had no auto-update) but would still do non-prod first and wait for a while before doing production. So please be aware this will not work for you if you go to 2023.3 as either you update the agents immediately, or…

Hi, I'm having the same issue, pretty sure it was working before the upgrade to latest version. Have you had any luck fixing it?
-
Hello, did you ever get this resolved? I'm getting this error from time to time too in my powershell scripts on random servers. It resolves itself after 30 minutes, nothing obvious in server logs.

Hi wtwoott, Just checking if you ever had a response to your ticket and what the fix was here? Thank you

Thanks a lot Jan, this worked perfectly

Hi Marc, Thanks again for the reply, really appreciate it. This sounds like a way to go then, after some careful planning and testing. Maybe even we'll wait until the next release in case those APIs get developed.

Thanks Marc, I had a look but still no luck. Orion.PercentDiskUsedThreshold inherits from Orion.VolumesThresholds, which inherits from Orion.Thresholds. None of the above seem to have Primary Key, or Uri values defined. Which I guess makes them unsupported by PowerShell commands. My understanding at least..

Hi, I'm wondering if this one has every been resolved? ie. can NPM authenticate users using more than one domain or not?
