The error counter being returned by the device via SNMP will not always correlate with the counters in the interface stats. Depending on the device, these could be historic interface errors may not clear until the device resets.

You're in the right ballpark it sounds like. Just make sure to remove any unnecessary interfaces (loopback,etc.) If you were interested, you could also setup a separate eval instance and monitor "everything" to see what that element count adds up to.

Those events seem pretty definitive. Are we seeing corresponding windows event log entries on the desktops for link drop?

Currently only Cisco WLC supporting cleanair MIB are supported. We are certainly looking to expand our device support for heat-maps, but are dependent on the dataset available from the WLC.

Have you had a chance to kick the tires on the the NPM 10.6 beta yet? The new reporting interface has the ability to use SWQL or SQL to create custom chart resources in a report.

With the web-based report writer, you can add an interface chart, and select 7-day data range / 10-min interval: Is this what you were looking for?

Lukas, There is something odd going on there. Could we verify that we are running as administrator, and the MRC window isn't popping open on another monitor? In Task Manager, do you see MRC running in the "Application" tab? If so, can you "Switch to"?
