This is a known issue with DameWare and Server 2012. DameWare does not currently support Server 2012, but when we do, it will most certainly be addressed. Do you have separate group maps already configured? Are you placing the map (group) objects on the parent map? Screenshot may be helpful.

If you were to create a alert in advanced alert manager containing those conditions, you can view the generated query. That may be helpful to play with different scenarios.

We are aware of quite a few customers that do indeed put their WHD server in the DMZ, so that deployment is not uncommon. However, if you would like to configure a reverse proxy to forward requests to the internal server, MS TMG, Bluecoat, or any number of open source reverse proxies should work.

If you're monitoring VLAN interfaces, you could create a Dynamic Query for them, and report on utilization with a custom table: Custom chart would work in the same way.

Our "rebooted" calculation is based on system uptime reported by the device. A quick google doesn't tell me it's a known issue, but a JunOS upgrade may not be a bad idea.

It does appear to be a known issue. Try to delete: ${SQL:SELECT Macro FROM NetFlowAlertMacros WHERE ID='OutInterfaceDetailsLink'} from the end of the alert.

You're not missing it, unfortunately this was not implemented for web-based reports for 10.6. In the 10.7 beta you can add custom charts and tables (from web reports.)
