IIRC the C-Series uses the newer FRU MIB for HWH. We updated HWH support in 11.5, so it may be worthwhile to upgrade.

What evidence are we looking to provide here? You have response time and packet loss issues well established. SAM has FTP user experience templates that will download files and test for success.

We don't presently take topology information into account with dependencies. Using Custom Properties and dynamic groups may be a slightly easier method of configuration depending on your environment.

Unfortunately that's a pretty generic error. It could potentially be a permissions issue, or re-running the Config Wizard could clear it up. To be safe, a support case is probably the way to go.

That quote pertains to the polling engine, however WMI is more taxing on the end node compared to SNMP as well. That said, it is still generally negligible and shouldn't impact system performance. How much will vary by node and what information is being returned.

We would definitely encourage customers to create indexes for CPs. In more recent versions we will typically index any CPs that are not nvarchar(MAX), however CPs created under older versions and subsequently upgraded may not have indexes.
