The hint is indeed on page 14 (as per the page numbers of the report, not page 14 in the pdf viewer); though starting at the bottom of page 13 wouldn't hurt for the additional context (or if you're just trying to ctrl + f some key words!)

Doh! @"tsadler" Thanks for the hint to the hint - still took me another 3 re-reads to notice I'd magic'd one of the answers into the hint when it's clearly not there. Evidently I'll never make it as a proof reader. Can't beat a good ol bit of end user error though!

Well that one was odd. Didn't immediately see any of the options in the list (assuming the vendors list was the right place to check in the first instance), but saw a sneaky "more" option that did contain one of the possible answers. Only that wasn't it either. Sadface.

Couldn't find what I was looking for in the video either; thankfully the top couple of results from my google-fu suggested what turned out to be the correct answer.

I had a wild stab at it and got it wrong, whereas a quick search of some of the options turns out to show the right answer if you're not able to watch the video. Though in a wild strike of luck, I'm investigating an issue with a couple of colleagues where I got to use the phrase - so all's not lost!

Phew, it appears the hint only takes you so far - another click or so was required, but it meant I avoided choosing... poorly.

(I was also going to add in my dislike that scans don't/didn't carry across between mobile devices, which I felt somewhat defeated the point of the app in the first place to be honest; trust me to not noticed the "enter to reply" option was set as I went to add a paragraph space in!)
