Selecting Custom Poller resources does not give me the verbage above (DSG Tunnel - Arris, DSG Tunnel - Cisco., etc. I didn't initially set this up, a co-worker from a different department did and I was wanting to try and figure it out without bothering him as he is very busy with his department.

This user requested admin access and my boss approved it. I am thinking he has this working now. Thank you for the help.
