I also put my Thwack username in all 4 fields - glad i wasn't the only one! i have no problem providing any other information to them, but at least tell me what you want and don't make me have to guess!

This is already a feature. Take a look at Slack Alert Integration - Overview and Alerting using #Slack​ I find using the webhooks is a bit more simple.

I just updated to SAM 6.8. When I click "list resources", it just spins (doesn't time out or anything) on the following screen: I cannot list resources on any of our nodes. I've tried several. I can list resources on our DCs with no problem when logged into our main poller. is this a known bug? Edit: I have Case 00279338…

I don't think it's going to be drastically different in the coming years, but i hope to see everything push towards a software/API driven technology where the user/sysadmin can really leverage custom software development for his "... as a Service" tech.

dfollis​ i just got my issue resolved a couple days ago. Not sure if this will help you, but I ended up having to run config wizard on every poller. I was under the impression that you only had to run it ONCE at the END of an upgrade...like their own documentation says jvb​ can you please get the documentation for upgraded…

I did use the Orion installer. I was mainly going off this video that states you only need to run the config wiz once at the end of an upgrade: Upgrades Un-Mystified - SolarWinds Lab Special Edition - YouTube
