Any more news on the ecdsa algarithms being supported?
-
Support for Fortinet or the ability to create our own scripts that work.
-
+1 for this, will be very handy. Coming from PRTG which offers this, come on Solarwinds :-)
-
Looks good, but having issues with mixed 3750 and 3750v2 stacks (mix of S and E images). Also, Solarwinds doesnt seem to distinquish 3750 and 3750v2 switches so upgrading v15 ios to 3750v2s is more difficult.

I got some basic stats from the API using the NPM API function, and also some more detailed stats using a powershell script too. What info are you looking for?
-
Can this be implemented please? Fortinet is a lead in firewalls and lots of Solarwinds customers using them.
-
Martin can I ask if you have any powershell code you can share to update via the DB?
-
We also use lots of Fortinet firewalls, they are great value for money and easy to configure. +1 for support in these.
-
Is there any more update on what is supported for this?
-
This is fantastic, thanks Martin. I've integrated it into my script and its working perfectly. Keeps me going until the API is updated.

I am reporting on the following so far using the NPM API Poller, but anything available in the Mist API should be possible. Substitute the api.eu.mist.com part if you are in a different region 1. Number of sites configured (https://api.eu.mist.com/api/v1/orgs/<ORGID>/stats) in NPM API use parameter path: $.['num_sites'] 2.…

Alcatel switches would be great
-
Thanks, will download and install tonight to check and report back
-
This would be a great addition to SW
-
+1 from me too. Has anyone put together a swql query to clone user account rights?
-
Also having a business setting for polling, so that nodes are only polled during certain hours would be good.
-
I agree this is required and should be a simple quick win?
-
It says Fortinet Switches in the release notes, lets hope it does firewalls too, will test and report back.
-
Thats a real shame :-(
-
I am just trying to add our local on prem Fortimanager, but it asks for a client ID when I select API and Fortimanager. Does this only work with cloud based Fortimanager instances?
-
Thats great, and thanks for sorting so quickly :-)
-
Just upgraded to 2024.2 released Jun 4th and looks like the script is running again, guess they have fixed the issue?
-
Thanks, hoping to get a fix or workaround so that I can run my script to update our nodes again
-
I came from 2024.1.0 which was working, guess its broken from 2024.1.1 onwards then :-(
-
They all come in the offline package.
-
Yes downloaded from the customer portal then ran on the server. I always use the offline installers as find them quicket.
-
Installed 2024.2 and downloaded config fine from FG running 7.2.8
-
Just read that 2024.2 has the following fix, so will update and try today. The WeOnlyDo SSH library has been updated to the latest version, which improves security and supports additional SSH encryption algorithms. This change enables connections to certain versions of FortiGate devices. In addition, you can specify which…

Success, thanks all.

Thanks, good idea, will give that a go tomorrow :-) I'll see if I can modify the script to calculate the difference as a separate output Cheers
