From his obit: "Larry Tesler, who invented and named the “cut, copy and paste” commands on computers, an indispensable part of the everyday operation of digital devices, died Feb. 16 at his home in Portola Valley, Calif. He was 74." There are three commands, but only two in the answer. It's, at the very minimum, confusing.

This morning I chose all three (all three are correct statements, but all three do not appear in the whitepaper) and got it correct. After the reset, a co-worker chose all three and it was marked incorrect.

I cannot speak to the wording of the incorrect message after answering. But that shouldn't affect how you answer the question initially.
-
Rather than reading user comments and hoping to find an answer to a question, perhaps next time you should thoroughly read the document provided by Solarwinds before answering. I had no problem answering this question, or any others for that matter.
-
Yes, like I said, the answers have been adjusted and C is no longer correct in 'Thwack Management's' eyes....even though C is a correct statement. Around 8:30 EST this morning, I chose all three and got it correct.
-
The question doesn't ask for Key Features. It asks what capabilities it offers.

You could just right click on the hint and choose 'open in new window'. No need to cut and paste into a word document.
