I figured it out. I was trying to do it the manager mode vs appliance mode. No problem when in appliance mode.

Almost correct, my NPM is behind a Cisco ASA, the computers in question have a gateway, and static routing to the NPM through the Meraki. So as it turns out I had to put a static route on the PCs to get them to route correctly to the NPM, but only because of my gateway at the ASA was not the proper gateway from the Meraki…

No I never did recieve a response here or when I asked directly. It did seem to work a little better when I upgraded to newest version, but I still had some computers with the same issue.

I have loaded a new instance of NPM 12.2 on several servers, and continue to get this high CPU usage, as well as when I do try to open a NPM Console I get a "Not listening on Port 17777" I did not have this issue when I tried to install 12.1, But I still got the "Not listening on Port 17777"…

I did finally find a issue in older versions explaining that this problem can caused by a " This issue occurs when Network Atlas module is corrupted in core " The solution was to repair the NPM Core service, following the below link.
