  • I have managed to fix the issue, sorry for not posting the resolution. On the server, there was .Net 4.6.1 deployed. I am using NPM 11.5.3 which is not compatible with 4.6.1 but with 4.5.2 max. After uninstalling the os update for 4.6.1, it worked perfectly.

  • I am havin the exact same issue, no additional logging apart from the one you have. I know this is an old thread, but is anyone using this with success? Are there any special OS/SW version requirements? Thanks in advance for any reply.

  • Hi Catalin, This can be solved relatively quickly; saw and had similar issues in the past. You first need to open the Configuration Wizard log file, and see exactly the step the wizard fails, in order to see what CcmPhonesDupIDs really is (column, judging by the name).
