I put in a ticket with SolarWinds regarding the lack of Hardware information, ie serial numbers, being polled by SolarWinds with regards to FortiGate Firewalls - here is the reply I got back, If the serial number is not polled by default on a node, it just means that there is no native poller available in SolarWinds yet…
