  • I'm experiencing this issue right now. My ServiceDesk wants to be empowered with more tasks and they want to take unmanaging nodes off my hands. But as it stands now, they can't unmanage multiple nodes at once without node management rights which obviously gives them more rights than they need. Is there a way to allow this…

  • I am having this same problem as well. I don't want to see additional website header information in an HTML email or the PDF that I have attached to the email. This is not helpful in any way. When you go to the report itself and choose to export to a PDF or CSV, none of that is included.
