Can't wait to go! This is going to be amazing!

Yes it definitely brought out a smile and a chuckle.

I use the 80/20 rule when writing my performance self evals as well... outstanding 80% of the categories good the other 20% makes it look like you've deeply considered your strengths and weaknesses. We also use the 5 whys when doing post incident reviews after each critical incident. The teams hate them but at least we are…

Sounds fun I'll be there!

Congrats Erichale! I hear Overwatch is pretty awesome. One of these days I should purchase it I had fun on the beta weekends with it.

Our service desk and some application support teams currently use Bomgar. I wonder how this compares to that.

I think it would be hard for the car to be less aware of the environment then I am on a Monday morning on the way into work... ADHD + lack of sleep due to weekend + early morning traffic = I can't wait for a car that can make decisions for me

Good luck in your future endeavors Maria! You'll be missed...

I am waiting for my upgrade to finish its change control approvals. I am currently looking at a July 5th upgrade date for 1 primary and 3 additional pollers. I am also going to upgrade to the latest versions of SAM, SRM, and VNQM at the same time. Should be a fun day!

Day 8 definitely appears to be broken... Can't seem to find the word encrypt anywhere in that linked document actually...

This article makes me glad we don't use real names in World of Warcraft. Can you imagine how bad trade chat and battleground chat would be if the trolls were any worse!?

Congrats silverbacksays!

I think this is the first attempt at flaming/trolling that I've seen on the Thwack forums... most of the community is much friendlier.

So I found the table and it appears that this is alot easier then what I do for the other report for numerous reasons as everything you need for the most part is in one table... The query below should give trigger time, acknowledge time, reset time, along with nodes and the account ID you can customize the select statement…

This pulls from the active alert tables so if the alert has reset it will drop off of this report. If you want historical reporting you would need to change from alertstatusview to the historical alerts table... I'm not in the office today so I can't get into the database to find the exact table but I'll try to look when I…

Thank you! I was able to get exactly what I was looking for.

Hi D09H, Thanks for the response. Adding &printable=true to the end of the URL gives me a page cannot be displayed error... No webpage was found for the web address: http://solarwinds server/orion/netperfmon/events.aspx&printable=true I think I'm going to close out this issue as I have advised the network engineer to just…

Hi Silverback, Thank you so much for the reply! I hadn't run across that particular help article in my searches. I tried changing the timing and it still gives the same error. I can actually reproduce it at the command line as well if I remote into the server and run the exporttopdfcmd.exe directly (supplying the input and…

We use something similar which I have posted below. You would need to modify the alertdefid field to match your alert definition ID and the where statement to trigger on your alert id instead of the volume use percentage but this could be a starting point for you... SELECT v.StatusLED, n.Caption As NodeName, n.NodeID,…

Just had this happen to our main display board (mostly a window dressing display for management)... unfortunately my director saw it before I did...

Started with Solarwinds and Thwack December 31st 2015 and have been having fun with the missions and the community since I joined. Lots of great answers and 19000 points later some nice swag. My coworkers are all jealous of my Thwackpack and my SCP cup!
