I would like to see USB external hard drives, maybe USB batteries, T shirts and Polo shirts with just a small SolarWinds logo in the top right, so that we can wear it to work. Also licenses so that we can learn from home instead of work.

If you have SCM, This can monitor any hardware changes right? including NIC interfaces are now enabled.

Hi The WAN bandwidth, are you trying to monitor from A to B? If there is a problem with the WAN then try using NETPATH Services which is a SolarWinds tool Regards

Check the names of the servers, Are the servers Virtual? try re-creating the logs again and see if that resolves the issue

Hi I think that the PA 5200 come with 2 power supply units. Can you configure that to send a syslog message to SolarWinds? Regards

Hi Go into Manage Alerts, Edit Alerts, Under reset conditions. You can stipulate the time this alert resets it self. Regards

Which time zone are you in? I am in the UK and to be honest have not needed to call support for over 2 years. However when I did I found it best to ring after 2pm in the afternoon

Another option is to go on the Alert Manager, select the alert you want to switch off and slide to the off position

Check the GUI settings on the 5508 WLC. I don't have the GUI in front of me but there is a setting/tick that allows you to back up using SolarWinds. I can check for you on Monday. (Going to get thrown out of the office in 2 mins)

Hi The Cisco Voice Gateway uses the roughly same cli as a Cisco router and switch All information/config that is on the Voice Gateway should be able to be backed up using NCM If you have any issues any PM and I can advice you Regards

Not sure if you can pull that data onto an excel file but I think you may be able to pull this into .csv file. I will try and search it and post it back on here.

Hi If you go into reports and in the search field type in alerts and hit enter. This should bring up a list of reports on alerts that you can configure over the last 30 days. Regards

There is a SolarWinds pass portal on the APP store. I have downloaded it to my iPhone but must admit have not got round to setting this up yet.
