Hi I think that there could be a number of reasons why the data seems to be incorrect. Are you monitoring an interface using NPM? Is the interface used for any other traffic? ie, VoIP? What SCOM version are you running? I think that SCOM 2012 can only monitor windows. What version of SolarWinds do you have? Regards

Hi I would monitor the link to the ISP, links to other switches and routers, If you have AP's and are running Cisco Prime or something similar that can monitor the AP's You co not need to monitor PC's, VoIP phones

Hi On the cli of the switch, can you type in #show system or #show environment temperature status or #show temperature all and Complete a snmpwalk with cisco-envmon-mib There are 3 temp sensors, 1 for CPU, Inlet and Exhaust. Make sure that all the sensors are ok. Also look at the temps showing on the Health Warnings

Hi dkingjr48186 toy can do create a report showing interface utilisation. Log into your Orion Settings, All Settings, Manage Reports, click on Average and Peak Traffic - WAN interfaces Last 7 days or you can edit that to the interfaces that you want

Hi I experienced a fan failure with a Cisco 6500 but the fan seemed to be working. I arranged a after hours power down, blew out the dust from the fans and re-started it. alert went away.
