Echoing on this! Tickets are being re-opened that remained closed for ages just because the issue is the same. This affects reporting as well, say for example: the time to resolve was 60 minutes at resolution, which now becomes 720+ days when re-opened.

HI @"michael_mason" There is an option available under Settings > Global Settings > Service Portal to "Allow to request selected change catalog items from the Portal and to have Change Categories" This option should be selected On. Post which, you will have the option on the Approved Change catalog item to Show in Portal
