Hello aLteReGo, Thanks for the response. Is there another way to check? Ive got email alerts triggered around 6:14am(Event Log) but I couldn't see any event at this time, though there are few Event Log before that time around 6:05 and 6:00 am. It seems that the email alert is not accurate.

Hello aLTeReGo, Thanks for the response. Just to clarity,I have checked our settings and I found out that we are using Based on Event Types. Correct me if Im wrong, this means that every time that there is a warning/critical on the event log of our server, it will alert us, right? regardless of how many threshold we input?
