Thanks. I try to use SRM but the external storage is private IP that can only known by the server (server and external storage is connected directly and not connect to any switch). So, I cannot adding it with SRM because of the Solarwinds server and external storage have different IP group.

Yep In Dell Hardware Monitoring Agent software, I don't see their external storage too. But the PRTG can see all of them and I wonder why PRTG can show it, maybe their PRTG Probe have any solution?.
