I tried to enter our entire subnet in the PRIVILED_NETWORKS but no success. Yes, the FQDN resolves to the right IP address. Here is a screenshot when I'm trying to access the WHD remotely : The SQL we are using for the DB is 2008R2. Thanks for your help, PYD.

Yes, the telnet on port 8081 worked. But, even from the machine itself, the WHD doesn't work with the name or the FQDN of the machine ...
