Got it resolved by restarting the Solarwinds services...
-
You can have your WAN circuits in one group and then try to run the report.
-
did u verify all the ports that need to be opened between the two? m not sure if different OS can give a problem but first i would recommend to check the network ports...
-
I have seen a similar behavior in other tool i used to work...in Soalrwinds not sure.

Did you try checking with 'List Resources' option and see if the hardware health sensor checkbox is selected?
-
i had similar issue when i ran the discovery for a set of devices... the string public had higher priority and it was taken first... in 1-2 nodes i could see the device having public as the comm string when i clicked on edit properties.. You may want to re-check this again...

If you use Appinsight feature it takes more consumption which you would have seen in the guide. Apart from that the basic element consumption would apply- like the CPU, Memory, etc...

Had come across similar page...I Remember this coz in the URL there is a word called "ReturnURL"... Restarted services, server but nothing helped. Ran permission checker, restarted IIS pool as well. At last had to run Config wizard and post that it came up fine. Also check your ASP. NET service on the main poller, we had…

Try going for Orion platform 6 if possible.. It has resolved many issues specially with respect to high CPU and MEM utilization.

this may help... Deploy agents to nodes

you can group the URLs u need to report with a custom property first and then select only that while extracting it...
-
you can definitely use 1 server.. just ensure u have right specs of not only your Solarwinds server but also the DB server you plan to use...
-
yes came to know this recently and kind of shocked after seeing the prices... i would still love to have element based option for cases where small number of devices are in consideration... the upgrade cost from element to node based if opted too, is very expensive....

how to get the description of trap into the alert body while creating trigger action? Any idea ppl?
-
Try to poll the device again and re-discover,,,,
-
were you able to get anything further on this?
-
i somehow managed to find out the trigger conditon which would help me in alerting only the rows' i need... Now i am not able to find out the variable which would help in showing the current value of the sensor.. i tried using all below but not getting the value of the sensor when the alert triggers...
-
you can use custom property in this scenario. Create a new custom property and tag that to your Windows 7 Machines and then include the condition in the alert to not search for devices having the newly created custom property.

did you upgrade to any latest version and then it stopped working?
-
Hi i had come across similar errors recently and post opening case with support, they have suggested to increase the maxpool size. I havent done it yet since no downtime window is available.
