If u have access to customer portal then u can get from there...it gives option to download based on version...

What is the polling frequency set? Did u try to check the raw data that u can get via performance analyzer? It gives info as to when it went high and when it came down... Also what is the reset condition set to?

@"serena" can you help with some information on different variables that are available to pass in the alert? I want to pass EventType, EventID, there is also something called as secondary related label which is nothing but the target on which the event has triggered..

Just to update.. i was able to monitor the individual members.. the VIP/Listener IP didnt quite work for me... and for cluster monitoring i used event id monitor and targetted them to individual nodes and that is working fine...

Your trigger condition is perfect, not sure why u are getting for 70%... can u try to duplicate this alert and re enter the % number and try? same time disable ur original alert...

check the action that u have created under action manager, sometimes copying the alert doesnt enable the action bt default, we need to manually do it. Its weird but we observed this twice recently...

got the answer from the SolarWinds SPOC.. Its based on the host and if each containter is also monitored then that is also a license...

We use the pull connector which is the method from ServiceNow side as in our cases we are not allowed to have direct INCs created on ticketing platform.. what is the 'Alert on' selected in the trigger condition? I hope its selected as Volume... u can even try restarting the Orion Services if u are seeing this happen frequently...

you have to out restrictions to them by not giving permission to see them.. and even if they can see once they click on it will say access denied..

you can use SAM template..i think process monitor will help...or there are script templates too which may help...

is it for all devices or only few? did u verify the polling % completion and database update, just incase if thats taking more time...
