or u could select 'included reports' URL' option instead of HTML and then fwd it ur teams who have access to the URL from their systems to view the report...

can u select HTML option and not plain text and also select just PDF and let the retrieve printable option also be selected... I havent seen this happening anytimes when we recieve the scheduled reports from SolarWinds...

what are auth and priv protocols being used? For the collectorService.log u can find it under C drive->programdata->Solarwinds->Orion-> Logs

testing for 1% is i guess not correct.. try increasing it... or try this way-> volume space used is greater than 50 % Regd alerts not visible in widget, Yes that widget shows for the device(parent)... for volumes please go that object and u may see the information u are looking for...

looks like u have more than 1 poller.. but it should still show u under managed nodes section and filter by polling engine

not functional as in u cannot RDP or something else? you can try configuring some event IDs which may help you or your Windows team to troubleshoot if this is happening every time...

there is one point to note here.. if u use Vcenter polling all the hosts will get discovered and also takes the socket licenses of all the hosts.. so lets say u are bound to monitor only 50 hosts out of overall 100, socket licenses of all 100 will be considered.. we just faced this issue in one customer and when asked…
