Hi, I did not configure for hardware monitoring as the team did not want.. However for CPU, memory i just created UnDP and then configured an alert on it.. Are u aware of creating UnDP?

in Solarwinds how did u add the node as- ICMP or SNMP? Coz i tried sending trap from iLO3 by setting the destination towards Solarwinds server, but it did not detect anything.

HolyGuacamole I am referring to NPM MIBs. Actually we want to import the MIB file to Zenoss tool as we are integrating Solarwids to it. If we import it then we can analuyse the traps recieved from Solarwinds and based on that the customization could be done. let me have a look at the files you attached. Thanks.

Well this turned out to be WMI issue..i got the WMI service restarted for 1 server and I could see the hardware polling normal and all in green...

Check the msmq folder once if it's not full... And try running the dB maintenance manually once and restart solarwinds services.

We have cone across similar issue for datastore alerts. Wheh reached out to ServiceNow support they mentioned this is the only script which is currently built in...if u need other type of events then u can modify the script and test..and they have registered it as a ticket to their product team but no timelines..…
