Yes we were using that. But this is regarding an integartion to other tool. So at the receiving end of other tool, it stil comes as a duplicate entry. But we figured out that there were some alerts created which were not having correct conditions.

This worked perfectly for me.... was able to test it yesterday for a new customer... thanks for sharing it,,,
